Spicy Garlic Chicken Wings

2 Lbs. of chicken wings (approx 16 wings)

1 Cup of your favorite buffalo wing sauce

2-3 Tbs Shack’s Spicy Garlic Seasoning (to taste)

2 Tbs Butter or Margerine

 

Cooking Directions:

Heat buffalo sauce along with butter and seasoning.  Bring to simmer over low heat in a saucepan.

Fry chicken wings in vegetable oil at 375 degrees for about 14 minutes (or internal temperature of 165 degrees), turning occasionally to ensure even cooking.

Once chicken wings are golden brown, remove from oil and put on paper towel to drain excess oil.  After excess oil has been drained off, toss in sauce until evenly coated.
